Brown is one of the colors of the season, and I couldn’t be more thrilled because it also happens to be one of my favorite colors! I already had a bunch of brown in my wardrobe and I know I’ll love it for many years to come. I picked up this reasonable lightweight ribbed turtleneck last year and it’s the perfect classic sweater. I kept with the simple, classic theme for this outfit and added my favorite straight-leg jeans, lug sole loafers, and a light cardigan for an extra layer of warmth. I topped it all off with this new-to-me espresso-colored wool topcoat. I got mine on Poshmark but it’s still available on the Aritzia website! It’s such a beautiful piece and is possibly my favorite coat I’ve ever owned. I’m really looking forward to styling it next fall.
